Culture OS

Culture is normally considered a collection of norms that inform behavior and experience in organizations. We believe that this is still true, but our based upon our Gapingvoid Culture Science© and Culture Science© principles, we have developed a method for designing Culture as an Operating System: Culture OS. Under this method, we look at key aspects of human behavior and create linguistic and semiotic tools that will create the underlying alignment to drive operational excellence.
