I swear that just seeing this cartoon has added more wrinkles around my eyes. Bastard! Remember I was once younger than you are now!

Posted by: Paul Chaney at October 3, 2007 3:10 PMIt is fast, isn't it? Coming upon my 40th decade, I still feel like I'm 12, which is a good thing :-)

Posted by: latinbombshell at October 4, 2007 2:28 PMPerhaps it is my Imp of the Perverse but I find even your darkest cartoons delightful. As I speed toward 60 I can attest this one is all too true. The years from 50 to now went by in a blink and, other than having some of the trickier pieces fit into the puzzle of existence, there were few changes in that time. Whereas the decade from 30 to 40 saw the usual many job changes, but also the most complete and profound life changes; from getting married, to the woman I still am; recognizing the spirituality in all of us; to abandoning my personal demons of drink and drugs. I look forward to, hopfully, several more decades and wish you continued success in yours.
Rock on.
Paul
