how do i make money blogging?

Answer - you don't make money FOR blogging - you make money BY blogging. Example - I have a client that found my blog through a search on social networking. He read for a couple weeks and called me. Now he is paying me. So I didn't get paid anything TO blog - but I am making money BECAUSE I blogged.
The real difference is that if you are expecting to start a blog to make money, you will probably be disappointed. If you blog and find it helps you make money, you'll probably be very happy.
