Most of you're posts i print out and hang them in my office.
My new female collegue (is a real non - knowledge sharing type of person, questions any decision without having a solution and fills up a room with meaningless words) takes them personal !!!

So please keep up the good work and in the mean time i hope that she will soon get real angry at me for hanging them up so i have a reason to kick her off the team.

That is awesome - Reminds me of the advice my high school counselor gave me regarding college. Said I probably shouldn't even consider it (I then recieved 12 full-scholarship offers). It is often the doubters that empower us to do our best work. That or trying to impresss a girl!
