the assimilated negro bizcard

tan441.jpg

The Assimilated Negro [whose blog I really like] asked me to design him a business card. It's not something I do normally, but what the hell, I was in a good mood at the time. Voila!

It's just a revisitation of the Gawker cartoon I did a couple of years back. Not very original of me, I know, but somehow the tone of the original cartoon seemed to also fit his schtick perfectly, so I couldn't resist. I'm sure ithe bizcards will start a few interesting converstions, anyway. Hope he likes it.

It's a great card. One day, I hope to be assimilated myself. I'll bet you could do a great card for an American of British ancestory who has a deep desire to be accepted by the civilized world (if that is a real possibility).

Hugh da man!

thanks a lot, I love your cards, and it's a special treat to have a personalized one.

I'm going to post this one, and the "edgier" one you sent previous on TAN later tonight, or tomorrow.

toodles,

TAN

I really regret writing "hugh da man."

have I no decency.

I wouldn't be surprised to find all my links and "references" rescinded, and my blog account on probation.

keep your eyes on the cartoon folks, there is nothing to see here.
