Everyone wants to be a microbiologist

Technically, we don't create the culture. We create the community that creates the culture.

On second thought, any comment that starts with "Technically..." should be soundly thrashed, but I'm too lazy to rewrite it.

Ooooh my favourite. I now feel like i'm drunk, it's 4am and someone just had an epiphany... will it last until morning?

This tends to only work in the short term. Few stay ahead for long.

The petri network is the computer?

You create something that creates a need for some kind of culture around that something. Understand?

Ahh if only it was that simple. You can create a culture in a start-up, although that's likely to be only a few people.

Culture CHANGE is the challenge. You can go all guns blazing and force it though, accepting the casualties, or you can get exciting and get people motivated to join the revolution - but it's not easy, and unfortunately I'm finding it's also a very slow process
