Aah, the question really is, who gets to buy hugh?

One of the first results of the Gawker/VNU-Deal is a german version of gizmodo (de.gizmodo.com), which is really terrible. Nothing to open a bottle of champagne on.

There was actually a lot of talk about things related to your blogging points in the previous post at Web 2.0 this week. And a big wow re: VNU deal - I hadn't heard about that one.

Add Dave Winer's deal into the mix and it reminds me of the dot-con boom. I can't help but wonder when Joi will see his pay for investing with the Trotts. They would be next in line for a big deal. Or did they already and I was sleeping when it happened?
