joi's london blog meetup
Just got back from London and a fabulous dinner with other UK bloggers, plus Joi Ito who was in town.

Thanks to Imajes and Suw for doing such a great job organizing it.
Highlights? There were many. It was great meeting everyone, and great meeting Joi in person finally (who was utterly wiped from jetlag- a great effort on his part, methinks).
Well, without recapping every single conversation that went on, this was what seemed central to a lot of the conversations I was hearning:
Yeah, great, blogs are wonderful. They are wonderful technology. They are wonderful problem solvers. They are wonderful solutions.
The next big leap for bloggers, I believe, is to worry less about what the solution is, and think harder about the actual problems.
And the problems aren't technological- they are human.
No matter where technology takes you, it always, always, always ends up taking you to the same place i.e. looking in the mirror.
Exciting times, these...
