With great trust comes great responsibility

When people trust you, it means you matter.

People rely on you. You’re a part of their circle, their network, themselves.

A team is only worth the connections within. There needs to be a foundation of trust, of acceptance, of reliance.

In an Harvard Business Review article about building trust within cross-cultural teams, structure is emphasized: that teams have to be built for trust from the ground up.

Because being trusted is scary. It’s a responsibility.

Someone else’s trust makes you important.
