We all know that data science is all the rage, here to stay. The next thing we need to do is establish sustainable principles for living with this.

First, you have to position data science as its own entity.

Next, you need to equip the data scientists with all the technical resources they need to be autonomous.

Finally, you need a culture that will support a steady process of learning and experimentation.
