time to get your weird on

Growing up I never fit in, but I certainly tried my best to do so.

The turning point in my life was when I realized I wasn’t like the other sheep. In fact, I wasn’t a sheep at all. I was different.

I realized I didn’t want to follow the crowd. I didn’t want to wear their clothes. And I most certainly I didn’t want to go golfing at the country club every Sunday to have aimless conversations.

I decided I needed to embrace who I am. I needed to get my weird on. The world has never been changed by normal people. The world has been changed time and time again by the weirdos who dared to think differently.

Any fool can be incrementally shinier than the next guy. If that’s your choice, fine, just don’t complain when you find out that nobody really notices, let alone cares.

So get your weird on, this world needs it!
