StartUp Land

His reasoning: to help you find a job with a purpose.
All respect, but no.

A company with a purpose can be a lipstick manufacturer. It can be a billion dollar software company. The struggle of growth isn’t where “a job with a purpose” is created.

Finding that purpose. Experiencing it at work. Aligning to it. As a team.

We can create this anywhere.

No need to run away to Startup Land. It’s all culture.
