There’s been a lot of fuss in business lately about Big Data.

With Big Data, suddenly it’s possible to know everything. Hurrah!!!

But as the late, great Frank Zappa will tell you, *knowing everything* might actually be a handicap.

Oftentimes, “not knowing” is what leads to real breakthroughs.
