“Meaning” is a good thing. Life is pretty useless without it. And if you can find it in your work, even better, because that raises your odds of being successful considerably.
But just because it is indeed a good thing, doesn’t mean it can’t be turned into *yet another* buzzword by the usual suspects. In fact, it probably has (See cartoon).
“Meaning” is like anything else in the world of large companies. If it matters, it needs to be fought for.
