Let’s give this a go and see what happens!

When Europeans move to the the United States, one of the most unsettling bits of culture shock they experience is all the positive attitude everywhere.

“AWESOME!!! HAVE A NICE DAAAAAAY!!!!!”

Let’s just say, it comes as a bit of a shock to the system if one isn’t used to it.

I mean, why can they not be glum, ticked-off and cynical, like everybody else, the way the Good Lord intended?

But then after they’ve been here a while, they begin to realize that all this positive attitude a big reason why the Americans are so successful and productive.

A positive attitude keeps you going during the tough times, it keeps you going when everybody else has quit. A positive attitude makes it easier to trust people, makes it easier to find collaborators, makes it easier to say “Let’s give this a go and see what happens.”

A positive attitude makes a lot of little things add up to be a lot of big things.
