Mindset is everything.
As we do our work, it is easy to assume the worst: People are lazy, their intentions aren’t good, they lie.
You’ll find that if you assume the best, if you give your best, then things just work better. Call it love, call it positive intent, it spreads.
The net of it is that everyone does better, they take pride and feel good.
