Thomas brings over 16 years of executive leadership experience in strategic and operational roles in multiple operating models. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience in technical domains including Software Engineering, Architecture, Delivery, and Operations focusing on the “Business of Software”.
A transformational leader and change agent, Thomas is the Executive Vice President of Culture Design and a member of Gapingvoid’s leadership team. Before joining Gapingvoid, he led a global technology organization with a portfolio of operational, information, and business technologies through a multi-year transformation including acquiring, transforming, and packaging assets in publicly traded and private equity operating environments.
His understanding of multiple operating models and management operating systems enables alignment to the desired culture while respecting and enabling the teams in complex enterprise environments.
Thomas served in the US Navy before completing his undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science at Golden Gate University in San Francisco California. Thomas lives and thrives in Santa Cruz California.
