Isabel joined Gapingvoid in 2022 as a Culture Analyst. She works with clients to transform organizations with cultures lacking psychological safety, connection, and purpose into inspirational and energizing places to work. She holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Health, Medicine, & Society from Lehigh University and she has experience in collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data on topics ranging from American vaping policies and usage to parent-child relationships across diverse and at-risk groups.
Prior to coming to Gapingvoid, Isabel served as a Research Assistant at CRA | Admired Leadership®, a boutique strategic communication and leadership consulting firm. While in this role, she was the primary project manager for engagements across two Managing Directors’ books of business. She is particularly passionate about collecting qualitative data, conducting stakeholder interviews, and researching innovative ways to solve complex problems.
Isabel is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and spends her free time going on runs and cooking new recipes.
