With over 15 years of global B2B and B2C marketing, advertising, market research, and strategic innovation consulting experience in USA, Europe and Asia, her experience spans diverse industries including building products, energy, FMCG, healthcare, personal care, software, and specialty chemicals.
She holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BA in Mass Communication summa cum laude. Furthermore, she is a certified practitioner in utilizing narrative research methods and the narrative database from Cognitive Edge, which links narrative with human sense-making.
She has advised major clients including L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, GlaxoSmithKline, Estée Lauder, MD Anderson, and many others on innovating business processes, products, and channel marketing.
Nancy has an aptitude for deploying the most effective research methods and technologies to solve any business problem. She is skilled at culling insights from massive amounts of information, and then presenting actionable insights and recommendations regarding strategic marketing, product/service/business process innovation, communications strategy, and channel marketing. She is a public speaker at major industry events.
Nancy was born and raised near Houston, Texas, and lived in Italy for five years. She is now based in Houston where she lives with her husband and daughter.
