We’ve been saying “Meaning Scales” for years.
Which is another way of saying, running a small mom & pop business can be just as meaningful as running a $500 billion corporation, depending on the individual.
Keywords: “Depending on the individual”. It’s not the vehicle that matters, but who’s driving it and where it takes them.
Far too many pick a career by how it looks on the outside. Then they find out the grim reality that awaits them on the inside.
A better idea, I think, is to follow the advice of the great mystics: stop looking outside yourself for salvation, but look within. That’s where the real answers are.
