Freedom of time, freedom of money, freedom of relationship, freedom of purpose.
He explains that the key is to remove “stuff” and replace it with “energy” – measured in “things.” So, every three months we’re going going to boot three “stuffs,” and bring in three “energies.”
What makes this easy is, every time you boot a stuff, you get a little energy kick. And that feeling is wonderful.
