My list looks just like yours, except I’d have to replace “working” with “pretending to work.” I’m still a corporate slave.
I keep trying to fit “praying” in there too, but it always gets squeezed out.

I took a summer slow down break this year to introduce an element into the equation which I find indispensable to “keeping going”
It’s called “time off”
Doing the things you don’t do every day reminds you why you like doing some of the things you do do every day!
