I am definitely going to use this one in a post on handling hecklers and difficult questions when you present. Most hard questions are driven by the questioner’s insecurities and shortcomings, not by anything missing from the presentation…!

Where on earth did you derive that from? I would say that anyone intimidated by hard questions from an audience is probably the one most insecure and filled with shortcomings.
