do you know everybody

[A wee drawing I did for Deborah Schultz when I was recently in San Francisco. She scanned it and e-mailed me the image.]

I'm off to catch a plane to Barcelona. See you on the other side...

Thanks Hugh. I am honored to have an original 3D Hugh sitting on my desk. Tho 'everyone who matters' --hmm, er, well--I just get jazzed by interesting people. And as for "everyone" --HA-- the world is a pretty big place, ya know...;)

thanks I have something to leave my grandchildren in my will..;)

I love this cartoon. Ironically, I can't tell if you are praising or putting down the concept of having the "right" network of contacts, but as a guy who writes about networking...but I just like it either way.

Ha! I have to send this page to my husband. Whenever we go into a bookstore, I start naming names on the shelves we're looking at. "I know X from Shocklines, B from HyperiCon. I know C..." And he always says, "Is there anyone on these shelves you don't know?" LOLOL
