love this. i can't decide whether you're saying "that's how assholes run their lives" or "this is the way to run your life". worse still, i can't decide which one of these i believe. depends where i'm standing, i suppose.

It gets even funnier when you go to marketing conferences that deliver the message about the value of participating in conversations, doing so IN A LECTURE FORMAT!!!!
