[Another one of my new Stormhoek wine label designs.]
And of course, we have the secular version, if the US liquor laws object to having the G-word on the label. But as a conversation starter, I think the first one is more powerful.
Posted by hugh macleod at August 25, 2006 8:18 AM | TrackBackThese two are beautiful. Thanks Hugh. I've always found the two words pretty much interchangeable anyway - 'God is love', 'Life is love'. Means the same really. Thanks.

Posted by: John Dodds at August 25, 2006 10:07 AMBeautiful. Stormhoek is going to have the best labels in any product ever.
Posted by: Nia at August 25, 2006 12:31 PM*Loved* these labels as well.
Posted by: deannie at August 25, 2006 2:32 PMI really like them both but I agree with you, Hugh, the first is the more powerful one.
Posted by: Tim Draayer at August 25, 2006 6:25 PMLOVE the labels. Especially the God in small places one.
Posted by: David Armano at August 25, 2006 6:49 PMgood idea on the secular version, especially since god and the bible are totally anti-wine tea-totalers
Posted by: Andrew Hollister at August 26, 2006 1:47 AMI love this. Not just wine, but wine transformed into an experience!
Posted by: Alvin at August 26, 2006 12:34 PMyeah, i kind of think there's something to having them side by side, actually.
it's interesting to think about what the difference is.
i haven't been by in a while and i read about stormhoek being available in the us, and my immediate reaction was "woohoo!", but then i remembered that i'm in the uk for the next few months, so i had to change my tune to something more like: "why haven't i bought any yet?!"
:)
so i'll be sure to write something about how i like it.
Posted by: Kynthia at August 26, 2006 1:34 PMi would just want a very small wine glass to go with this label.
like a communion-cup deal.
