Great point from Jason Calacanis:
As I tell folks on our team, there are three types of people in the world:Posted by hugh macleod at July 7, 2006 7:21 AM | TrackBackPeople who make stuff. That's really it... I'm a servant to my people. I am here to serve (as a wise, wise man once told me), and if the talent ain't happy then I've failed. The problem is sometimes the support folks think they're the talent.
People who sell stuff.
People who support the first two groups of people.
What do you think of people who train/teach? are they selling knowledge, or are they just part of support?
