The European variant since Finland won the usually dull European Songfestival with a heavy-metal-band, dressed up in some 'spooky-ugly' outfit (amidst all those middle-of-the-road types!). Well, the cartoon is that they say: "If those foreigners won't assimilate to our standards, we will kick them out."
