Just a quick note to let you know that page 7 and 12 are the same call-out in your PDF:
"Put the hours in; do it for long enough and magical, life-transforming things happen eventually."
Also, I sent your site info to an old client from the ad business today. He wrote back, "I wish I had had this two years ago." Not sure what it meant aside from the face-value statement - he didn't explain. But thought you would get a kick out of it.
Posted by: Troy Angrignon at October 18, 2004 11:12 PMTroy- I saw that- it's not really that big a deal. It still works. But thanks for spotting it.
I'm already working on the rewrite (for the book format) so if one or two things are less-than-perfect... Eh. Life is short.
Thanks for showing it to your old client =) Glad he liked it. Tell him to offer me a job. Heh.

Posted by: Firas at October 19, 2004 3:45 AMLove the layout. One thing though, the cartoons are too low-res for a PDF, which is usually viewed at higher than 100%. At full-screen they become pixelated. You need say 200 dpi cartoons, not 72 dpi. Otherwise, it's a pretty impressive PDF.
